LEWIS Hong Kong is looking for a dynamic Account Director to join the leadership team. The Account Director will work in conjunction with the Managing Director to drive new business opportunities, provide high calibre consultancy to clients and ensure we maintain our LEWIS brand as an integrated marketing agency. This means the Account Director needs to be well-versed and confident in being able to speak both PR and digital.

About the role

Based in Hong Kong reporting to the Managing Director, the Account Director’s role is to:

  • Help deliver the growth/development vision for the Hong Kong business
  • Help bring new business into LEWIS: play a strong role in credentials and pitches
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, developing and delivering campaign programmes to an exceptional standard and providing added value strategic consultancy and initiatives for organic growth
  • Lead, day to day, a high calibre, super-talented team
  • Ensure profitability on your accounts and manage budgets effectively
  • Actively support the promotion of company initiatives on APAC platforms
  • Overall, be a Guardian of Best Practice
  • Be a collaborative and encouraging member of the Hong Kong team.

About you

Highly commercial and with strong strategic client consultancy skills, you have at least 8 years of experience working on B2B tech and B2C clients in a PR agency environment and are well versed in social media and how digital communications is rapidly transforming the PR landscape. You will have a track record of retention and profitable organic growth of existing accounts. Considered, assertive and influential, you will be a strong leader with the skills and aptitude to develop and motivate a team. Experience of working in an international environment or on international clients would be an asset.
