Infobip, a global cloud communication platform, sought to position itself as a leader in CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Infobip needed strategic support to build a strong brand presence in the Kingdom and increase awareness of its services. We were tasked with establishing Infobip’s presence in the Saudi market through public relations and communications.
We tailored our strategy to resonate with KSA media and readers by incorporating topics of interest like digital transformation, data security, and by showcasing the innovative solutions we bring to fast growing market. Key strategy pillars included highlighting how Infobip:

In June 2024, we supported Infobip in organizing a media event to launch its operations in KSA. We successfully attracted media through organic opportunities. Despite low awareness of Infobip in KSA, we maximized reach and engagement by communicating the right messages, leveraging our media network, hosting an interactive event, and ensuring strong brand visibility.
