Based in Singapore
Based in Singapore, Jen Wu oversees the personnel responsibilities across the APAC region including offices in Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney. She is responsible for all aspects within HR, recruitment and talent development.
She joined LEWIS in 2013 and acts as a counsel and advisor to the business side on areas related to expansion and growth plans as well as team planning within local markets. Since joining LEWIS, she has supported the APAC more than double in size.
Originally from Sydney, Jen spent 9 years in business development roles in the finance broking industry and moved into recruitment in an agency environment when she relocated to Singapore. She specialises in areas of relationship building and people marketing strategies both with internal and external stakeholders.
