When it became clear that the physical training and seminars of its Women’s Health department could not take place because of COVID-19, GE Healthcare asked LEWIS for help. Together, LEWIS and GE Healthcare thought carefully about a suitable alternative, namely a series of webinars. LEWIS took care of all video, asset creation and webinar hosting.


With a four-part webinar series called ‘Master’s Tips on …’ GE Healthcare wanted to stay top of mind with European gynecologists and obstetricians. In the series, Dr. Kai Sven-Heling, the key opinion leader on the 13-week ultrasound, shares his tips and tricks.

In order for the webinar to run smoothly, Dr. Kai Sven-Heling’s presentations were recorded in advance. The introduction and Q&A took place live.

The promotion of the webinars took place through GE Healthcare’s own channels: the Voluson™️ Club website, the Voluson Club newsletter, the global social channels & Elevate. The templates and creative assets were provided by LEWIS.

In the future, the series will also be available through their Voluson Club and possibly through a lead gen campaign to appeal to new audiences within a content marketing program.
