$7m of cash injected into 500 causes in 2025


Singapore, February 26, 2026 – TEAM LEWIS Foundation supported 502 new community causes in 2025. Since launching in 2021, it has now backed more than 2,600 communities.

The growth comes as communities face rising costs and growing pressure to do more with less. The Foundation’s latest Impact Report details more than $7 million in cash funding delivered, alongside thousands of hours of pro bono support.

The program backed roughly two new causes every working day. Team member engagement reached 89 percent across offices in APAC, EMEA and North America.

Under the unique employee-directed model, each colleague nominates a cause and directs at least $1,000 of funding to it. Once the donation is made, each sponsor receives a $1,000 bonus. The Foundation also delivers campaign strategy, messaging, design, video production and media outreach to communities to increase visibility and strengthen long-term sustainability.

“Five years in, the idea is the same as day one,” said Samuel Dean, CEO of TEAM LEWIS Foundation. “Our people choose the causes and we stand beside them. We fund the work, share our skills and help communities be seen and heard. In 2025, we continued to operate at scale while keeping every nomination personal. That consistency gives charities confidence to plan, grow and think beyond survival.”

In 2025, the Foundation also expanded its role as a convener, hosting networking events and leadership discussions that brought together nonprofit leaders, partners and community advocates to share practical insight and build collaboration.
