TEAM LEWIS, the global marketing and PR agency announces the appointment of Marie-Charlotte Belmonte as head of its French subsidiary.


With a distinguished background in strategic marketing, digital transformation, and brand communications, she takes the helm of an agency undergoing rapid transformation, with the clear ambition to make TEAM LEWIS France a full-funnel, impact-driven agency.

Marie-Charlotte Belmonte has worked within some of the largest communications groups – Publicis, WPP, and IPG – supporting leading brands such as Danone, Renault, the L’Oréal Group, and the Accor Group. She has led branding, activation, and transformation strategies in both local and international contexts.

Historically rooted in media relations and influence strategies, the agency is accelerating its shift toward an integrated model, combining strategic consulting, content, social media, influence and paid media to address the entire customer journey.
