- How did you choose a career in recruiting?
- I started my career in HR and soon realized that recruiting was the portion of my role I loved most. I decided to pursue it full-time and I’ve loved it ever since.
- What advice would you give someone who wanted to join Team LEWIS?
- Stay curious! Always consider the “whys” and think about “how” things can be done better and more efficiently.
- How would you describe the people at LEWIS?
- We’re a team of entrepreneurs – bold, driven and passionate about our work. We also know how to have fun together!
- What would your pet say about you if we asked for a reference?
- My kitten, Max, would probably say I am very attentive and punctual – I never miss a feeding or a chance to give him love!
- What’s your favorite ’90s jam?
- Ironic by Alanis Morissette – because it rained during my wedding… smack dab in the middle of summer… but we had fun with it and everyone was singing along to this song.
- What’s a fun fact about you that is NOT on your resume?
- Last year I traveled to 22 cities within 9 countries!

- I completely fell into it by chance, I wanted to move to London and knew I wanted to work with people.
- What advice would you give someone who wanted to join Team LEWIS?
- Give it your all to get the most out of it.
- What’s your favorite part about working for LEWIS?
- I love seeing the people I’ve placed progress and grow in their careers. I also enjoy seeing colleagues turn into friends which builds our amazing culture.
- How would you describe the culture at LEWIS?
- Our teams are really collaborative and centered around our people. There is a great sense of team spirit. I never get Sunday blues as I can’t wait to catch up with the teams and hear about their weekends.

- I once got married in Vegas to someone I’d met the day before, safe to say it didn’t work out.
