Meet Bree CohenBree Cohen
  • How did you choose a career in recruiting? ​
    • I started my career in HR and soon realized that recruiting was the portion of my role I loved most. I decided to pursue it full-time and I’ve loved it ever since.
  • What advice would you give someone who wanted to join Team LEWIS? ​
    • Stay curious! Always consider the “whys” and think about “how” things can be done better and more efficiently.
  • How would you describe the people at LEWIS? ​
    • We’re a team of entrepreneurs – bold, driven and passionate about our work. We also know how to have fun together!
  • What would your pet say about you if we asked for a reference?
    • My kitten, Max, would probably say I am very attentive and punctual – I never miss a feeding or a chance to give him love!
  • What’s your favorite ’90s jam?
    • Ironic by Alanis Morissette – because it rained during my wedding… smack dab in the middle of summer… but we had fun with it and everyone was singing along to this song.
  • What’s a fun fact about you that is NOT on your resume?
    • ​Last year I traveled to 22 cities within 9 countries!

  • How did you choose a career in recruiting?
    • I completely fell into it by chance, I wanted to move to London and knew I wanted to work with people.
  • What advice would you give someone who wanted to join Team LEWIS?
    • Give it your all to get the most out of it.
  • What’s your favorite part about working for LEWIS?
    • I love seeing the people I’ve placed progress and grow in their careers. I also enjoy seeing colleagues turn into friends which builds our amazing culture.
  • How would you describe the culture at LEWIS?
    • Our teams are really collaborative and centered around our people. There is a great sense of team spirit. I never get Sunday blues as I can’t wait to catch up with the teams and hear about their weekends.
  • What’s your favorite ’90s jam?
    • No diggity
  • What’s a fun fact about you that is NOT on your resume?
    • I once got married in Vegas to someone I’d met the day before, safe to say it didn’t work out.
