With focus on continuing to evolve the services and creative capabilities offered, TEAM LEWIS is expanding its growing senior consultant team with the appointment of an exceptional marketing Associate Director. A strategic counsel to multi-market clients in a variety of sectors and to internal teams, the Associate Director will help convert new business opportunities, facilitate organic growth and act as a strategic counsel to clients on their integrated marketing journey.     

Your role

The Associate Director will provide added-value strategic creative consultancy with a specific focus on campaigns and multi-channel content. The goal is to drive the highest levels of consultancy, problem solving and client servicing that retains and grows profitable clients.

As a member of the UK senior team, the Associate Director is an active contributor to the success of the business and will champion a collaborative, positive culture. Providing leadership and hands-on development of our people are important in this role.

About you

You are business minded with long-term strategic vision. Experienced leading marketing teams within an agency, you have an impressive track record of retention and organic growth of clients. You work with large, top-tier brands, providing ongoing strategic guidance to clients. You are practised recommending integrated marketing solutions involving creative, digital, media, branding, reputation management. And are experienced in managing both awareness and lead-gen integrated campaigns. An outstanding leader, with the passion to develop and motivate a strong team, you set an excellent example, being dynamic and self-driven. 

  • Background working in a marketing agency with tier one brands, providing senior executives with strategic marketing consultancy
  • Experience overseeing full funnel b2b and b2c marketing and branding programs; familiarity with holistic reporting on ROI
  • Skilled at integrating digital marketing, PR, content and broader marketing
  • High level of business acumen, including successful commercial management
  • Excel at managing bright, creative and ambitious people; a collaborative teamworker
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to problem solve, project manage and multi-task. Will take charge of a situation and act
