A non-profit charitable entity, funded by TEAM LEWIS, the TLF makes grants to support individuals undertaking charitable activities and charitable organisations in achieving their goals. The TLF plays a constructive role in promoting social, cultural, economic and environmental innovation that benefits society. It aims to strengthen the bonds between the communications industry, businesses, governments and non-profits. In 2022, the TLF granted $700,000 to local causes alone. Community charities are championed by TEAM LEWIS’ employees, who volunteer their time and skills to provide marketing and comms support to maximise the grants’ effectiveness.

Purpose of the role

TEAM LEWIS is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our pioneering client services operations team in an innovative new role within the organisation. This role is for a talented individual with 1-2 years of experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on new challenges, enjoys breaking new ground, and is excited about being part of a global team reshaping how agencies work within the communications industry.

The Campaign Executive plays a media monitoring focussed and team support role across the TEAM LEWIS network. The role requires the ability to handle a number of projects at any one time across international timezones as well as being able to respond quickly to journalist and team requests. The Campaign Executive will develop a clear understanding of the team’s requirements and objectives, be proactive in attitude and supportive to the team at all times.

Key responsibilities and tasks

    • Regularly review media lists to ensure accuracy and relevance in line with ongoing media movements.
    • Draft compelling written content for client team’s approval, maintaining consistent quality and style.
    • Proactively identify and share industry trends that are pertinent to our clients' sectors and integrated communications strategies.
    • Utilise automation tools to gather measurement statistics, generate reports, and analyse data to provide valuable insights.
    • Assist in preparing briefing books and press kits for client interviews, events, and other interactions, ensuring comprehensive and tailored materials.
    • Conduct research and coordinate efforts to support new business initiatives, leveraging your insights and expertise.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional looking to take the next step in your client servicing career. We are all about attitude over skills. Ideally you are someone who has a passion for marketing. This could include areas of public relations, digital marketing services, social media, analytics or creative. 1-2 years experience in the marketing or communications agency would be preferred.

Additional requirements

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in client servicing, account management, or related roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Familiarity with automation tools and data analysis for measurement and reporting purposes
  • International mindset in order to work collaboratively with teams across different locations and time zones.
