The goal in 2022 is to grant $5 million. Community charities are championed by TEAM LEWIS’ employees, who volunteer their time and skills to provide marketing and comms support to maximise the grants’ effectiveness.
Purpose of the Role
The Executive, Rich Media/Video plays a key and supportive role in taking responsibility for a wide range of rich media creative activity including video. This person will provide support to the team on a range of digital media campaigns as well as working across the wider TEAM LEWIS business on internal projects.
Core responsibilities
Creative Development and Project Management
- Creates, produces and develops original rich media assets not limited to the form of video, for use on web and in digital content, including animations, motion graphics and interactive elements using the latest or most apt technologies
- Delivers high quality work; design or video, for both web and digital channels
- Supports on end-to-end video process including producing, scripting, storyboarding and filming
- Offers support to clients proactively to highlight our broader creative experience
- Stays up to date on best practices and current trends
- Helps communicate and organises session to share best practices and current trends
- Partners with other departments to develop compelling and imaginative creative solutions (e.g. video, animations, interactive design) for both TEAM LEWIS and current and prospective clients
- Is actively supporting and involved in pitches and internal communications
Client Management
- Support with planning and implementing of creative projects and campaigns for TEAM LEWIS clients, developing innovative/interactive solutions
- Assists the team with management of client accounts and projects
Team Working and Development
- Ensures personal and deliverable client objectives are met on an on-going basis
- Accurately reports activity levels and regularly completes timesheets to ensure correct allocation of client duties
- Works closely with line manager to maximise own strengths, improve weaknesses and support individual and team career development
- Regularly attends TEAM LEWIS training sessions and daily press briefings to enhance skills and develop knowledge
General
- Supports the TEAM LEWIS APAC, local market/operations and account servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projects
- Takes a proactive role in promoting the TEAM LEWIS brand, its identity, values and work
- Supports the HR / talent team by promoting both internal and external opportunities at TEAM LEWIS across social media and via the referral scheme
- Contributes and supports the continuous improvement of systems, practices and policies
About You
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent video skills: video filming, editing, post-production and motion graphics
- Adept in end-to-end video process with the ability to apply time to support any area required e.g. storyboarding, scripting, producing
- Excellent in rich media skills; developing short animated videos, GIFs, interactive banners / assets
- Creative and contemporary understanding of design and interactive, ability to apply into day-to-day work, including Photography
- Software skills: Premiere/Final Cut Pro X, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign
- WordPress / HTML web skill are a bonus
- Creative and enthusiastic approach
- Flexible attitude
- Multi-skilled across creative channels
- Excellent communication skills
