Purpose of the role

The Paid Specialist – is responsible for the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of LEWIS’ digital client work, with an emphasis on paid media. The role requires the ability to handle several projects at any one time, as well as being able to respond quickly to client and team requests. The Paid Specialist will develop a clear understanding of the team’s requirements and objectives and provide support to the team with a proactive attitude. 

Main responsibilities

  • Assist the team with the management of client accounts and projects
  • Support relationships with clients, establishing self and LEWIS as an invaluable long-term partner for Digital Marketing Services
  • Implements and maintains paid media campaigns and projects for LEWIS’s clients
  • Coordinate communication with select clients and ensures deadlines are met
  • Provide Paid Media execution and management of related digital activity that can include but not limited to; audience definition, campaign set up and management, bid management and ad creation
  • Day to day management of key paid media channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Contribute to client growth and impact across the full spectrum of social media channels including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram
  • Ensure personal and deliverable client objectives are met on an on-going basis
  • Work closely with line manager to maximise own strengths, improve weaknesses and support individual and team career development
  • Support with the training of graduates and interns wherever possible
  • Regularly attend LEWIS training sessions and daily press briefings to enhance skills and develop knowledge
  • Provide reports to the senior management team on request
  • Support the LEWIS and account servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projects
  • Takes a proactive role in promoting the LEWIS brand, its identity, values and work

About you

As the Paid Specialist you will have paid media and digital marketing experience and ideally come from an agency background. You will have previous experience in a role with strong  paid, social and PPC. You will also have experience in running Google search adverts, setting up ads and be able to review, report and understand what is working and what is not. You will be motivated, proactive and hard-working and looking to join a close-knit team of like-minded individuals. 

Additional requirements

  • Have hands on experience in running paid media campaigns across multiple channels including;
    • Google Suite (Ads, Shopping, Display, YouTube) (essential)
    • Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (essential)
  • Strong commercial and creative awareness of new products, technologies and trends in the digital environment
  • Calmness under pressure and ability to achieve tight deadlines
  • Creative thinking and an open-minded approach
