This person should be an out of the box thinker who will work with the team to come up with innovative and creative way to drive employee engagement, development and retention. Purpose of the role
The People Director is a critical all rounder business partnering role. The ideas and initiatives they develop with the broader HR team will help define the company's success, influencing both tactical and strategic decisions as LEWIS continues to evolve and grow in line with changes across the industry. The People Director will lead all EMEA HR strategy and policies, including leadership, culture, compensation, and development. The ideal People Director knows how people tick and the how to get the best out of them. They should be experienced in scaling talent across different markets, has excellent attention to detail, empathetic, is excited about creating ground-breaking initiatives driving employee satisfaction. This role is as much about marketing effectively to internal teams as it is about working with the talent team to drive engaging employer branding externally.
