LEWIS is keen to appoint an experienced and energetic Senior Account Manager with experience in the b2b tech sector. The role that will focus on client service and development to help maximise the company’s business revenue opportunities. With an international mindset and approach, the Senior Account Manager will advise and handle notable tech clients working with colleagues across the LEWIS network.

Purpose of the role
The Senior Account Manager (SAM) works closely with both their clients and team to ensure the efficient and effective running of their accounts. The SAM has a clear understanding of their clients’ objectives and requirements. They deliver the highest levels of service and have the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients. The SAM translates creative thinking into decisive action, prioritising tasks efficiently and continuously setting a motivating example for the rest of the team. They have exceptional media relations skills.
The SAM will help work on multi-market credentials, RFIs and pitches, working with colleagues and teams in EMEA.
An active contributor to the success of the business, the SAM will champion a collaborative, positive culture. Leading by example is important in this role.
Key responsibilities and tasks
Working for a PR or integrated comms agency, you have deep sector experience in b2b tech. An experience Senior Account Manager, you have a strong understanding of clients’ business needs, issues and requirements. With in-depth knowledge of the media, you keep up to date with current affairs. Impeccable attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. A team player, you are a charismatic manager with the skills and aptitude to motivate, coach and develop people.
