TEAM LEWIS is excited to seek new talent to join us in a Senior Account Manager or Account Director position to take the lead in maintaining key media relationships on behalf of our flagship client, lead outreach for campaigns and oversees the integration of social media activity into campaigns. This person is also responsible for managing a team, coaching junior members of staff, ensuring individuals have the right skills, and that the team works together effectively.

You will help to bring this culture to our clients and our implementation, your goal will be to drive the highest levels of consultancy, problem solving and client servicing to win, retain and grow client accounts. You will bring integrated thinking and a strategic approach to our clients, understanding what they need, as well as what they want. A dynamic and driven leader, you’ll develop and nurture our bright, engaged team with open, two-way feedback and a no-ego approach.
About You
The Senior account manager will have a strength for multitasking, prioritising and organising within a fast-paced environment. A strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to ensure program results are meeting clients’ goals. Additionally, this candidate needs to able to lead discussions with clients to manage program expectations.
