At CES 2019, team LEWIS was tasked with helping Groove X, a new startup from the mastermind of Kaname Hayashi, launch its first product to the US market. LOVOT, the brand’s robot who just wants to love, stole the hearts and stories of media at CES. Rolling around the showroom floor at Unveiled and Eureka Park, LOVOT interacted with media asking to be held, cuddled and rocked to sleep, resulting in a flurry of feature stories and social media posts from top-tier media.
LEWIS’ outreach began just a few weeks prior to the start of CES where the team worked swiftly to secure in-booth meetings as well as interviews at Groove X’s suite at the Aria Hotel. In total, the LEWIS team helped cement LOVOT as the robot to see at CES 2019, resulting in the following:
