LEWIS news

I am delighted to share the exciting news that LEWIS has acquired the award-winning digital marketing agency, Purestone. The company specialises in digital including web design and build, e-commerce, email, app development, analytics and SEO. By acquiring Purestone, we have dramatically enhanced our digital capabilities in London, but also our global network of 25 wholly-owned offices will be able to tap into their capabilities to deliver truly integrated marketing and communication campaigns.

This enables us to meet the growing demand for sophisticated integrated campaigns . We will be able to provide advanced web and app development, analytics and audience mapping capabilities that extend our services across paid, owned and earned media campaign channels. Combined with our international PR, communications, social media and digital marketing services, we believe this offers powerful solutions for marketing communications teams.

Purestone was founded by Simon Butler, head of client services, and James Smee, strategy and planning director. Both will remain with the firm.

Purestone’s clients include; Adidas, ASOS, UK Mail, PayPal, Freshfields, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Towers Watson.

They are a 20-plus strong team that will continue to be based from their office near Waterloo. They will continue to operate as Purestone, a LEWIS Pulse company, before being rebranded to LEWIS Pulse in the next year.

Purestone
The acquisition of Purestone is a great example of the LEWIS reinvestment strategy and supports our global expansion of the LEWIS Pulse proposition. We already have LEWIS Pulse hubs in Barcelona, Boston, Eindhoven, London, San Francisco and Singapore, and following the plans announced last year, we will continue its expansion in the US, Europe and Asia. Welcome to the family Purestone!

And for those of you interested in our joint capabilities, check out a short Digital Bites video that explains our strengthened proposition neatly!
