Global cloud communications company Infobip selects LEWIS to drive brand awareness and thought leadership

Infobip, the global cloud communications company, has appointed LEWIS as agency of record across Europe and Asia. LEWIS will lead Infobip’s thought leadership and brand awareness communications. A key part of the remit is the integration of communications into Infobip’s sales and marketing function.

Infobip enables businesses to build highly scalable, connected customer experiences across all stages of the customer journey with easy and contextualized interactions over customers’ preferred channels. Infobip handles 7+ billion monthly communication transactions across SMS, email, chatapps, WhatsApp, Viber and more.

Infobip conducted an extensive agency review process before selecting LEWIS as its agency partner. Since commencing on 1 May 2020, LEWIS has already helped launch a major SaaS product, Conversations, Infobip’s Omnichannel Contact Centre Solution and is working to redefine the company’s messaging and positioning.
