Global marketing consultancy builds eight centres of excellence to help clients deliver hyper-personalised marketing campaigns
London, September 10, 2019 – LEWIS, the global marketing consultancy, today announced the launch of a new Growth Marketing practice across eight global offices. The Growth Marketing teams will provide strategic consultancy, account-based marketing, analytics, and campaign execution to help brands better engage and nurture customers and prospects.
B2C brands have already shifted to more people-based marketing, while the majority of B2B brands have yet to make that shift or are struggling to execute. LEWIS has invested in new people, technology and processes to deliver more customised experiences to buyers and influencers.
A key service within the new Growth Marketing practice will be account-based marketing (ABM). Studies* suggest up to seven people are involved in a B2B purchase decision and over half of all decision makers are under 35. This is forcing brands to renew the collaboration between sales and marketing. The new practice will develop multi-threaded, multi-channel, and multi-touch campaigns that build long-lasting relationships.
Yvonne van Bokhoven, EVP Europe at LEWIS, said, “Buyers and influencers are becoming increasingly demanding. Brands must really understand the needs and wants of the buyer if they want to succeed. This means more insights, more content, more creative, and more channels to make the interactions personal. The launch of our new Growth Marketing practice enables us to help fuse sales and marketing for the common goal of business growth.”
