LEWIS, the global communications agency, has hired Dan Masser to head a new corporate communications practice. Dan joins LEWIS from Blue Rubicon to drive the growth and direction of the agency’s corporate offering. He will report to Giles Peddy, Group Managing Director, UK.

As a strategic communications and reputation management specialist, Dan has helped organisations handle a range of challenges from corporate repositioning and stakeholder advocacy, to creative campaigning, and issues and crisis management. He has extensive experience of crisis preparedness spanning many issues from undercover investigations, cyber-attacks, malicious tampering, and litigation. He has also developed and facilitated strategic programmes and training all over the world for clients including Shell, BHP Billiton and GSK.

Prior to LEWIS, Dan was at Blue Rubicon for seven years where his clients included Heathrow Airport, eBay, Halifax and McDonald’s Europe. Before that, Dan worked for Marks & Spencer as Corporate PR Manager. Responsibilities included PR for stores in international markets and financial communications. He has also worked at Hill & Knowlton where clients included De Beers, Adidas, Allied Bakeries and Splenda.
