Purpose of role
The Administrative Assistant role at LEWIS will provide administrative and office operations support to the LEWIS San Francisco office. This will will also provide executive and administrative support to the Executive Vice President of LEWIS US and some remote support to other offices across the US. This person will be a detail-oriented, organized, creative team player with a positive attitude and should work well with all levels of staff.

Additionally, this position provides an opportunity to support various teams within the agency, including Public Relations, Digital/Social Media Marketing, Human Resources and Finance.
Educational Requirements and Work Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1- 3 years providing administrative and executive support at the C-level. Agency experience a plus.
