The Intern will work closely with account executives and coordinators to produce basic production and detailed work required for various client accounts. The intern will have the opportunity to experience international agency life and the fun that goes along with it!

About the role:

Reporting to an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, the Intern has to:
  • Handle research
 of clients' businesses 
  • Exercise due diligence on the maintenance and creation of media lists and editorial calendars

  • Execute database management

  • Perform press kit assembly and distribution

  • Handle general administrative duties (faxing, filing, copying, phone calls)
  • Coordinate specific projects and assignments supervised by account executives and coordinators
About you:
  • Fresh graduates or people exploring a career in communications that have a huge appetite for learning and development
  • Knowledge of technology
  • Experience of producing and maintaining reports
  • Calmness under pressure and ability to deliver to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven ability to keep abreast of current affairs and relate them to client situations
  • Professional and approachable telephone manner
  • Flexible attitude
  • Polished and professional appearance
