PayPal needed to develop a marketing automation strategy to drive engagement across all audiences. We worked with the client teams to help shape, execute and evolve the strategy.


We devised the creative strategy and produced emails, microsites and campaign content. A multi-layered lead nurturing program was launched to engage with customers. We used tactical campaigns to support product pushes and partner initiatives. Through workshops and planning, we enabled sales teams buy-in. 


We helped develop a sustainable marketing automation strategy. The overall result has been positive. Lessons have been learned, victories earned and the strategy continues to refine, improve and add value to PayPal.
