LEWIS, the global communications agency, has appointed Daniel Cohen to the role of Senior Vice President EMEA Brand, effective June 5. Cohen will be responsible for expanding LEWIS’ consumer brand and digital business, and driving the implementation of dynamic and creative integrated marketing campaigns across EMEA. He will be based in LEWIS’ global headquarters in London, UK, and report to Andres Wittermann, Executive Vice President, EMEA.
Joining LEWIS from Grayling where he was a director and MD before rising to Global Head of Brands, Cohen has nearly 25 years’ experience running global, EMEA and UK-specific campaigns. Formerly MD of consumer agency Trimedia and then head of EMEA for integrated shop Atomic, he has developed multiple award-winning digital marketing and consumer campaigns for clients including Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Nestlé, British Airways, Avis and Budget Group, yell.com, McDonald’s, Coca Cola and Hilton.
LEWIS has seen strong growth in its consumer and digital business in recent years as part of a successful diversification strategy, and now works for brands including HEMA and Jabra. Cohen will spearhead the next phase of growth including the wider deployment of LEWIS Purestone, the award-winning UK digital marketing agency that LEWIS acquired in 2014, across the region.
