Linklaters are one of the worlds foremost legal services brands. It prides itself on its dedication to providing a best in class customer experience; from the way in which customers are greeted when they walk in the front door of its offices through to providing the best possible legal advice. Therefore when it came to redeveloping its global website, customer experience was at the heart of the project. It worked closely with LEWIS Purestone, across 12 months, to entirely overhaul its digital brand, information architecture and ultimately online customer experience.
