LEWIS, the global marketing and communications agency, has been appointed as Social Media Agency of Record for ION Orchard, an iconic retail landmark in the heart of Singapore’s prime shopping belt, following a competitive pitch.
LEWIS is tasked with content creation, management and optimisation of social marketing for ION Orchard, in addition to maintaining a consistent identity and distinctive voice for the brand. ION Orchard has a strong fan base comprising of both local and international audiences and seeks to stronger engage their fans and harness social media as part of their marketing ecosystem to drive traffic and footfall to the mall.
Jointly owned by CapitaLand and Sun Hung Kai Properties, ION Orchard spans over 640,000 square feet of retail space and over 300 shops spread across eight floors. Featuring a collection of global flagship and concept stores of both established and new-to-market brands, ION Orchard covers the spectrum of fashion, lifestyle, entertainment and F&B.
