Ambassador Recruitment Program
Renewable energy company, Green Genius, asked LEWIS to design a campaign to recruit top 5 Italian Green Genius Ambassadors to actively promote the brand and share their experiences. The company offered ambassadors a unique opportunity to try all the benefits of the Green Genius solar energy as a service for one year, in exchange for the willingness to tell and share their own experience on social media, as well as through ad hoc interviews and videos.
The core objective of the recruitment program was to find five appropriate families to become ambassadors of the brand via social media, paid media, and PR.
LEWIS managed the recruitment like a real job posting, and Green Genius were able to find their ideal candidates.
