Alongside a new brand identity, Rendezvous Hotels teamed up with LEWIS to introduce the new Orchard Rendezvous Hotel – its second property in Singapore. In addition to unveiling the new member of the Rendezvous brand, LEWIS also set out to highlight the unique traits of both hotels by engaging the brand’s loyal social community.
The first phase of the campaign consisted of introducing Rendezvous Hotel’s new brand identity. To do this, LEWIS crafted a video to communicate the brand’s social handle move from @RendezvousHotelSG to a more personable @StayRendezvous.
Next, LEWIS conceptualized and produced a short minute-long video to unveil the new Orchard Rendezvous Hotel, with the element of romance as its main theme. The video highlighted how the new hotel differed from the existing Rendezvous Hotel Singapore in terms of room amenities, dining options, and surrounding tourist sights but ultimately featured their individual unique traits.
The campaign successfully increased visibility and awareness of Orchard Rendezvous Hotel and help establish it as a top choice for travelers and locals.
