🤝 LinkedIn study: why we still trust people over AI

A new LinkedIn study shows that professionals still put their trust in people over prompts. Nearly half turn to their networks first for workplace advice, well ahead of AI and search engines. The pressure to keep up with AI is real though, with many saying it feels like a second job and even takes a toll on wellbeing, especially for Gen Z. Marketers are taking note, as buyers increasingly rely on communities of colleagues, creators, and experts to vet brands. Looks like the human touch is still winning in the age of AI!

Your TikTok DMs are getting a major upgrade! You can now send voice notes up to 60 seconds long, making conversations feel more personal. Plus, TikTok is rolling out the option to send up to nine photos or videos directly from your camera roll in both one-on-one and group chats. Safety features are built in too, with filters for sensitive content and limits on what first-time messages can include. This move brings TikTok’s messaging capabilities more in line with other popular social apps.
