As the retained crisis agency for a FTSE100 chemicals company, we have worked for several years to ensure their crisis response procedures remain up-to-date.
An audit recommended that the company’s updated cyber crisis response procedures be embedded with C-Suite executives. We were tasked with developing an engaging embedding programme.
We worked with cyber experts to develop a two-part programme. The first took the existing cyber crisis response procedure and turned it into an engaging two-hour presentation, which we delivered to the C-Suite.
The second part was a cyber crisis simulation. We utilised our knowledge of their response plans and technical details to develop a realistic and testable exercise scenario for subject matter experts.
We received really positive feedback on both sessions from both the CEO and CFO, along with other C-Suite executives.
