Bellway appointed the team to engage councillors, stakeholders and residents on planning applications for new housing developments.
The goal was to achieve planning permission across the Thames Valley.
We developed campaigns and key messaging to convince decision makers of the need to approve their various developments. We have also written community newsletters, updating the public on the development proposals.
We have secured planning permission for several of their sites across the region. Most recently, we obtained approval to build 260 new homes in Aldershot, in addition to phase two of a 200+ unit scheme in Chertsey, Surrey and two 60-unit schemes in Reading.
