LEWIS offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain paid experience in a fast-paced agency environment. The Graduate Academy is a six-month training programme that combines hands-on experience, working on client accounts, with bespoke training sessions from PR, marketing, creative and digital professionals. On completion of the Academy, successful delegates are permanently promoted to Account Executives.
Applications are open until Thursday 31st January – and graduates who wish to apply will need to submit a CV and cover letter through our Careers page. Successful applicants will then be invited to attend an assessment day and final round interviews around mid-April. Those that are offered a place would start the Graduate Academy in September 2019 and enjoy a competitive salary along with numerous other benefits.
