TEAM LEWIS, the global marketing agency, is delighted to welcome award winning creative problem solver, Arjun Singh as the new Global Creative Operations Director, based in the London HQ.

Arjun Joins TEAM LEWIS following his latest role managing all creative operations at MDC owned creative agency Anomaly, where he helped grow the agency by 50% during the global pandemic by pitching and winning brands like Google, MINI,, and FarFetch.

“Talent like Arjun’s doesn’t come along every day. That is why we are so delighted to have him as part of the ever-growing TEAM LEWIS family,” said Simon Billington, TEAM LEWIS Executive Creative Director. He continues, “As we develop our globally connected fast passed creative core, Arjun will work across all of our teams to help up-level creative results for our globally diverse customers. TEAM LEWIS new in-house capabilities include AR/VR, Sonic Branding, UX, Film Production, 3D Marketing services, and a growing team of creative technologists. Arjun will work closely with all regional teams to activate these new services as we become a global creative agency that moves at pace.”


Starting his career at M&C Saatchi and TBWA\London, Arjun has a wealth of award-winning creativity to his name. He spent 8 years at Fallon London producing globally awarded campaigns for Sony and Cadbury including Sony “Balls” and ad of the decade Cadbury “Gorilla”, following which he joined the wholly independent creative shop Karmarama where over the course of 5 years helped grow the business through organic growth and acquisitions from 40 to 300+ people before being acquired by Accenture.

He later founded Unltd-Inc with Dave Buonaguidi (Founder of Karmarama) to bring strategic and creative problem solving to VC-backed tech businesses, working with FinTech brands to accelerate growth through creative PR stunts leading to collective valuations in excess of £1billion.
