impact report
TEAM LEWIS Foundation donates time, money and creative services to help charitable organizations achieve their ambitions. Take a look at what was achieved last year.
Kick it Out
Kick It Out is English football’s equality and inclusion organisation. It covers all forms of discrimination in the sport.
TEAM LEWIS Foundation supported Kick It Out by hosting and helping plan the strategy launch at its Battersea headquarters. Nearly 200 people from across professional and grassroots football came together for an evening of discussion, film and shared reflection on how the game can become more welcoming for all.
London Children's Ballet
London Children’s Ballet stages bold productions that put young dancers on a professional stage. In a crowded cultural calendar, it needed to stand out, attract new audiences and drive ticket sales while matching the quality of its work.
TEAM LEWIS Foundation created the official trailer for Ella’s Big Chance: A Jazz-Age Cinderella, capturing the energy and storytelling of the young cast. Designed for social and ticketing platforms, it built momentum ahead of the run at the Peacock Theatre.
The result was greater reach, stronger ticket sales and a professional filming experience for the dancers. Increased visibility also supported the company’s long-term sustainability, helping more young people access ballet in the future.
The Road to Broadway
The Music Man Project, an international music education charity for people with learning disabilities, faced a defining moment in 2021 after the loss of its president, Sir David Amess. With growth at risk, it needed urgent funding, visibility and strategic firepower.
TEAM LEWIS Foundation stepped in fast and stayed for the long term. Support evolved into a global partnership spanning funding, digital transformation and bold storytelling. The rebuilt website, targeted advertising and high-impact campaigns raised the profile of the musicians worldwide. A collaboration with the Band of His Majesty’s Royal Marines on Music is Magic hit the UK Top 10 and reached millions.
The result was momentum. The charity stabilised, expanded internationally and performed on iconic stages including the Royal Albert Hall. In 2026, the musicians take on Broadway in New York, with their journey now in development as a feature film.
Charity Networking Events
Small and mid-sized charities often work in isolation, with leaders pressed for time and few opportunities to connect.
TEAM LEWIS Foundation’s Foundation Fizz events created informal, conversation-focused gatherings where charity leaders could connect openly. Across 14 events in the UK and US, 150 charity representatives came together, building real relationships and breaking down barriers.
