TEAM LEWIS Foundation: Stars that shine in the dark

TEAM LEWIS Foundation is one of the largest employee-directed community funds in the world. Our colleagues, clients and collaborators nominate community causes from many countries which we back in cash and time. They can be related to the environment or equality, to disability or disease. They can be about wildlife or pets or mental or reproductive health.

Our partnerships are as diverse as our teams. More than this, we believe their community leadership teaches many lessons. So much so we have written a book about them. You can read it here. Of course, we’re going to charge you for it because it’s one of the many ways in which we can offer support.

Money and resources matter, but more than that so does emotional support. Our foundation is a hub that supports 2,000 other communities just like them. They can meet other causes. They can meet our clients. Our causes are not alone. Nor are we.
