The Intern will work closely with Account Executives and Coordinators to produce basic production and detailed work required for various client accounts. The Intern will have the opportunity to experience international agency life and the fun that goes along with it!


This role identifies fresh graduates or people exploring a career in communications that have a huge appetite for learning and development.


This includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Research

  • Social Media 
  • Basic Design skills 
  • Maintenance and creation of media lists and editorial calendars

  • Database management

  • Press kit assembly and distribution

  • General administrative duties (faxing, filing, copying, phone calls)
  • This person will coordinate specific projects and assignments supervised by account executives and coordinators.

Qualities and Skills

  • Knowledge of technology
  • Familiar with Social Media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc
  • Experience of producing and maintaining reports
  • Calmness under pressure and ability to deliver to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Good English proficiency
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven ability to keep abreast of current affairs and relate them to client situations
  • Professional and approachable telephone manner
  • Flexible attitude
  • Polished and professional appearance

Looking for a 3 to 6 months internship commitment. Upon internship completion, business and performance evaluation will be conducted for an entry level position on a full-time basis.
