Problem

Events are back. In 2025, Schneider Electric set out to transform their Innovation Summit North America (ISNA) from a sales-driven gathering into a true media moment. The objective was clear: deliver clear value to media, partners, and customers.

Solution

TEAM LEWIS stepped in. Starting in Spring 2025, we mapped storylines to reporters, crafted bespoke journalist agendas, and supported development of 11 press releases across the business, which included major supply capacity agreements with data center providers and AI innovations.

The team prepared 50+ spokespeople for 90+ interviews, ensuring every announcement and interaction showcased Schneider Electric’s industry leadership and innovation in advancing energy technology, making ISNA a standout moment for media and partners.

Execution

Ten months of meticulous planning, activating teams across five cities resulted in over 2,500 industry leaders in attendance, and nearly 100 media interactions during the summit. Most notably, Schneider Electric saw an 84% jump in share of voice and a 49% key message pull-through on “energy technology.”

Also, with dedicated resources for podcast engagement, TEAM LEWIS delivered eighteen hours of podcast recording, amplifying Schneider Electric’s voice across new platforms.
